A passionate gardener and devoted admirer of Martha Stewart, Cathy tended her garden beds with such care and creativity that they became a point of admiration (and friendly envy) in the neighborhood. When she wasn’t coaxing beauty from the soil, she could be found lost in a book, planning her next travel adventure, or perfecting one of her many beloved Jello creations—earning her the affectionate title of the family’s “Jello Queen.”
