"From Edwin Huertas"

I dedicate this bulb to the hardest working person I know in city government – Alderman Michael J. Murphy. You”ve taught me what it means to be a public servant, how government should responsibly and responsively act to constituents” needs, and what that means in the large scheme of things when running a city. You”ve shifted my entire perspective on government for the better, and I can”t thank you enough for that.
