DOT Crash Responders Week – Fire/EMS (Red/White)
Tonight, we are honoring our Fire/EMS first responders by Lighting-the-Hoan” in red/white. Across this state 750 registered fire departments respond to various types of incidents, fires, and crashes on our roadways. Early in 2022, we lost two Mineral Point firefighters (Iowa County/WI) in a struck-by-vehicle crash. We continue to honor the service of Captain Brian Busch and Firefighter Jim Ludlum and all our Fire/EMS first responders across the State of Wisconsin.
