Family-owned Sargento is proud to kick off June Dairy Month and celebrate National Cheese Day on June 4! Sargento was just named one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies by business publication Fast Company thanks to its 70-plus year history of innovation in natural cheese. Sargento was the first company to successfully package sliced and shredded cheese – changing the way America enjoys cheese. The company is headquartered in Plymouth which is known as the Cheese Capital of the World because 14% of all the cheese that flows through the U.S. comes through Plymouth in Sheboygan County. Happy Dairy Month from Sargento!
